To empower and rehabilitate Quadriplegic and Paraplegic Ex-servicemen (ESM) by making them self-reliant.

OBJECTIVES
In order to achieve the stated aim PRC Mohali will undertake the following range of activities:-
(a) Admit Quadriplegic/Paraplegic soldiers as residents of PRC for medical care and extended rehabilitations (Physical, psychological).
(b) Provide aftercare for minor ailments, pressure sores, urinary tract infection and bowels upset for which they are prone/pre-disposed.
(c) Provide therapeutic facilities to improve physiological capabilities and occupational therapy and vocational training for rehabilitation.
(d) Facilitate welfare by providing assistance to the extent possible in personal issues like matters relating to pension, education of children etc.
